Buying retail: We process credit and debit card payments through Paypal. If you email us with your order we will send you a Paypal invoice so you can pay directly through them. Paypal offers a guaranteed secure transaction; we do not take any direct card details from you.

We accept Visa, Amex and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Once we receive your order we will confirm it by email. When we send you an invoice, this indicates acceptance of your order and constitutes a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping within the UK is free; within Europe we will add £6 to your order and £12 for the rest of the world. All products will be carefully packaged and may need to be signed for.

Delivery Schedule If in stock, we will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 10 days.

Special/Bespoke Orders. We can make items especially for you in a range of metal-free colours. Commissions and made to measure items may take longer to get to you. If this were the case, we will always inform you, so you will have an option to cancel the order then. If you decide to go ahead and order bespoke items, we will need payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit in advance, and the other 50% before the item is shipped.

Charges All orders include 17.5% VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU there may be a customs charge added on arrival.
