Feb-08 Fisher-Garcia were selected to take part in the Esthetica section at the London Fashion Week. We represented the Ethical Fashion Forum on the opening day, 10-02-08. The brand got an incredible reaction from press and buyers which has led to launching a new marketing campaign.

Fisher-Garcia caught the attention of the grand dame of fashion journalism, Suzy Menkes, who wrote an article on sustainable fashion and featured Fisher-Garcia. She is now a fan. Please click here to read the interview or click here to watch the video of the interview.

The designers Ilya Fisher and Elena Garcia have been interviewed by top textile writer Jessica Hemmings, who is writing a piece on the label.

Nov- 07 On the 16th the British Ambassador in The Netherlands and his wife had a reception at their residence in The Hague to promote British sustainable fashion. Fisher-Garcia gave a presentation about sustainable fashion and showcased their collection.

On November 5th and 6th Fisher-Garcia participated in the Fashion Expo at the Business Design Centre in Upper Street, Islington with rave reviews.

Oct – 07 19th Fisher-Garcia took part in a catwalk show at the Islington Design Fair, as part of a sustainable fashion event at the Candid Arts Centre.

Sept - 07 On the 29th, Fisher-Garcia took part in a catwalk show at The Crystal Ball in benefit of the Children With Aids Charity www.cwac.org. The designers made an outfit for the occasion with the sponsorship of Swarovski crystals. The outfit was auctioned to raise money for the charity. The event was held at the famous Dorchester Hotel in central London.
